Hello everyone and welcome! I am Sonia, the Founder and CEO of Swé Clothing. I started Swé Clothing to share my values with the world and to build a business that I could pass on to my dear children. Swé Clothing encompasses my passion for fashion, commitment to fitness, and love for life. I strongly believe in living a healthy lifestyle and that our bodies are temples. I feel it is of the utmost importance that we consistently honor and nurture our bodies, especially with daily exercise.
People often ask me, “Why athleisure wear? How did you make that decision? What drives you?”
My answer is always the same. I want to be an inspiration to my children and others. I want to share my vision, authenticity, creativity, energy, and fire. I want to shake up the athletic apparel industry with high quality, stylish clothing. I want to wake up every day and see the beauty of the world through mindfulness and spirituality. Swé Clothing is my outlet and for that I am truly blessed.
Other questions I am often asked are, “How is Swé pronounced? What does Swé mean?”
Swé (suh wāy) is my daughter’s name and was derived from Xué, the sun-God worshipped by the Muisca people over 500 years ago in Suamox (City of the Sun), which today is Sogamoso, Colombia. Both my beautiful daughter and Swé Clothing represent a tangible piece of my beloved Colombian heritage.
I choose to live my life with a moment-by-moment awareness of my thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. I believe we can all accomplish great things and my goal is to bring mindfulness and spirituality to the world through the comfort and beauty of my high quality clothing. Believe in yourself, as I believe in you. Enjoy my garments and choose to make a difference.

¡Hola todos y bienvenidos! Soy Sonia, fundadora y CEO de Swé Clothing.
Fundé Swé Clothing con el fin de compartir con el mundo mis valores y construir un
negocio que pueda dejarle a mis hijos queridos. Swé Clothing cubre mi pasión por la
moda, mi compromiso con el fitness y el amor por la vida. Creo firmemente en un estilo de vida saludable y que nuestros cuerpos son templos. Siento que es de suma importancia honrar y nutrir nuestro cuerpo de manera constante, especialmente con el ejercicio diario.
La gente me pregunta frecuentemente: “¿Por qué ropa atlética casual? ¿Cómo tomó esa decisión? ¿Qué la motiva?”
Mi respuesta es siempre la misma. Quiero ser una fuente de inspiración para mis hijos y otras personas. Quiero compartir mi visión, autenticidad, creatividad y pasión. Quiero revolucionar la industria de ropa deportiva con la mejor calidad y estilo. Quiero despertarme todos los días y ver la belleza del mundo de manera consciente y espiritual. Swé Clothing es mi lugar de esparcimiento, razón por la cual estoy verdaderamente bendecida.

Swé es el nombre de mi hija y es derivado de Xué, Dios del sol, adorado por los muiscas hace más de 500 años en Suamox (Ciudad del Sol), que hoy en día es Sogamoso, Colombia. Tanto mi hija como Swé Clothing representan una parte tangible de mi amada herencia colombiana.
Elijo vivir mi vida con una conciencia del momento a momento de mis pensamientos,
sentimientos, sensaciones corporales y el entorno que lo rodea. Creo que todos podemos lograr grandes cosas y mi objetivo es brindar consciencia y espiritualidad al mundo a través de la comodidad y la belleza de mi ropa de alta calidad.
